Skiing Update 25-1-2012 Wednesday, 25 January 2012 00:00 It's pretty neat how our genuine Swiss Weather Prophet predicted this much snow this season. It has snowed another 50 cm on the mountain top in the last 3 days which gives us nearly 3 meters of packed snow on the mountain top. The February vacations are looking nearly perfect with every ski slope open and great conditions.

Happy Holidays! Saturday, 24 December 2011 00:00 It is snowing again here in Leysin and Les Mosses this morning (24-12-11) and we are so happy to see all this white powder fall from the sky. This winter is already looking perfect and should put smiles on everyone's faces. Over a meter of snow! Sunday, 18 December 2011 00:00 It has snowed more in the past 3 days than the whole of last season. The current situation is incredible and we may be reaching nearly two meters of fresh snow in our part of Switzerland. The lifts were able to partially open today in Leysin and mostly in les Mosses. Skiers and snowboarders were able to experience some epic riding!!!

Update 16-12-2011 Friday, 16 December 2011 00:00 This time, winter has arrived! It has been snowing non-stop above 1500 meters and on and off in the the village of Leysin. The accumulation of snow above 1500 meters is important and the conditions are reaching perfection. Starting this Saturday December 17th, the resorts of Leysin - Les Mosses - La Lécherette will be fully open for skiing for the entire season (100 km)!

Welcome to Hefti Sports – the Leysin and Les Mosses specialist for all your ski rental equipment and purchases of technical gear and sports wear. Winter and summer alike, we strive to offer you the best service available out there. Our stores are conveniently located at the foot of the slopes and are divided into two departments, rental and retail.

Our Leysin and Les Mosses rental floors offer, in the winter time, over 1200 pairs of skis, snowboards, boots, touring equipment, snow-scoots and welcomes individual people as well as large groups. In the summer time, we rent downhill and cross-country bikes, dirt scoots, via-ferrata equipment, trekking gear and can offer you guiding services.

Our retail floor in Leysin offers a great range of products and brands. In the winter season, we specialize in skis, snowboards, boots, boot fitting, jackets, pants and a wide range of ski wear and accessories. In the summer time, we offer trekking equipment, shoes, bikes, casual and active wear.
