Lately, you have certainly seen many riders with little cameras attached to their heads or on their bodies. These cameras are becoming more and more sophisticated and can film in HD. The better model comes from a brand called "GoPro" and the images are pretty sweet.

With the downhill bike trails open, our media partner, leysinpark.ch, decided to go meet the park shaper, William. They asked him a few questions on how the trails were looking this season and what his future ideas were. The best way to find out was to take a run with him.

The Via Ferrata of the "Tour d'Aï" and "Plan-Praz" are officially open. These equipped mountain routes give many people the chance to try out climbing. You will need a harness, helmet and via-ferrata sling as well as a good pair of hiking shoes.
