The first major snowfall of the season took place these past days and has allowed us to go check the mountain out and see how much was there. Surprisingly, there was enough for us to tour from the village up to the summit. Skiing down was also quite good until half way down.

This coming Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th, the Leysin Ski Resort will be officially opening for the weekend only. Two runs will be available including the Berneuse and half way up to Chaux-de-Mont. The resort of Les Mosses will also be opening with 3 running lifts allowing three runs and good conditions. Finally, the cross-country trails in Les Mosses will be open for Skating and Classic.
